The animals of Franklin County have lost a loyal friend. Barbara welcomed me to the Board of the Humane Society and I enjoyed working with her then and since as a volunteer at the shelter. She will be missed.

She will be greatly missed at Franklin County Humane Society. She was a wonderful person and loved animals.
