Obituary of Kevin Whisman

Kevin Jonathon Whisman, 36, departed this world on Friday, March 28th, 2025. He was born in Woodford County, KY on September 19th, 1988, to Tony Whisman and Synthia Murphy. He is survived by his parents Synthia and Tony; grandmother Patricia Aldridge; aunt Amanda Aldridge (Kenny); uncle John Aldridge (Mandy); sisters Kaula Newton (Maurice), Marilyn Simpson (Travis), and Alexa Whisman; brother Christopher Whisman; nieces and nephews Layla, Milo, Christian, Alexander, Zoe, and Trysten; and a host of other relatives who loved him dearly. He was known for his love of God and family, his awkward jokes, and his desire to care for and be loved by others. His loss will leave a hole in the hearts of many. A celebration of life will be held at North Frankfort Baptist Church on Saturday, April 5th. A gathering for remembrance will begin at 11:00 am to allow friends and family to share memories or kind words, followed by a service performed by Brother Alex Stigers at 3:00 pm. Refreshments will be provided after.
