If there was one person to know and be associated with in Frankfort Ky, that person would be Bruce. Not in the forefront politically or even publicly but a steady component of progress and stability. Education does not show through in many, but his Centre College education and legacy was in use every day of his personal and professional life. Life well done and much appreciated by all whom he touched.

Bruce was a true friend and mentor to me. He was an outstanding Banker and provided guidance and support during my time as CEO of Farmers Capital Bank Corporation. I will miss his wisdom and calm demeanor.

Q: How did you meet E. Bruce? A: I met Mr,Bruce at my gteat grandson;s birthday party and i truly loved him, I could sit for hrs and listen to him tell me about his life very instering and with his beloved wife Peggy by his side it was a GREAT TIME he will be MISSED
