Connie was my ex sister-in-law for many years we all used to hang out together and play cooperay and cards at her place. She enjoyed spending time with everyone rather it was just playing cards or just hanging out she always made you feel welcome no matter what. In the summertime we would play badminton cookouts and just everyone getting together and having a good time and she also loved her flowers she would show me all the flowers that she had planted and knew every name of them she was truly amazing person and been through a lot in her time but overall she was a great person rest in peace Connie we will miss you!

Connie was an amazing lady! I am so grateful that God placed her in my life over the past 5 years. I will miss our chats and her witty stories. Her stories of perseverance, determination, and strength gave me courage. Her funny stories were by far my favorites. The word “buttermilk” will always make me smile and think of Connie! I will never forget her. Tara Davis RN

Connie was my aunt. God brought her back into my life a few months ago through my work. Reconnecting with her was like time never passed. She was always so loving, kind hearted, patient, resilient. I would always make her laugh and told her many times aunt Connie I love you and I promise I have a good boyfriend now, I showed her a picture of him and she said hes handsome. God knew that we needed one another and to connect us again. She will be missed so much. Her presence cannot be replaced but she is one of the toughest women I know. I love you Aunt Connie

Mama Connie not only welcomed me as Michele’s friend many many years ago, but she also made me part of the family. Her house was always one of the places I spent many holidays. My kids loved Mamaw Connie as if she were their grandmother. While it is heartbreaking to lose her, I’m thankful that I was blessed to have her a part of my life. I love you, Mama Connie.
