Anna Lee Lewis McIntyre Smith, 63, passed away on May 19, 2026.
Anna was born in Morerhead, Kentucky on March 12, 1964. She had worked as a home health assistant and was a member of Seeds of Love Church in Frankfort.
She was the daughter of the late Gloria Johnston Lewis and Herbert Lewis, and is survived by her daughter Beth McIntyre; sons Morton McIntyre (Kristy), James McIntyre, and Michael McIntyre; sisters Lora Smith (Donald), Juanita Croucher (Pete), and Tammy Bailey; brothers Darrell Lewis (Faye) and Mark Lewis; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She as preceded in death by brothers Luke Lewis and Timbo Lewis as well as family members Hubert Lewis, Gloria Johnston, and Brooklyn McIntyre.
Services will be held at Faith Baptist Church in Bridgeport at 1:00 pm Wednesday, May 27th, followed by burial in the Harvieland Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be at Faith Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 26th from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Pastor Josh Rayborn will officiate the services.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Schell, Tyler Richardson, Morton McIntyre, Jr., Waylon McIntyre, Shawn Blankenship, and Aiden McIntyre. Anna’s nephews will serve a honorary bearers.
