I am sorry I am so late in hearing of this. I worked with Bob for several years when he was Director of the Division of Permits for Kentucky. Bob was an amazing person. He had a great sense of humor and he was definitely a man of integrity and honor. His love of his family was first and foremost. While we were on opposite sides of most issues, you could always count on him as being a person of open mind and integrity. He was fair and honest in his dealings. To Linda and the kids, Bob was a dear friend and I trust you and the kids are doing well. Bob was a mentor to me, even though I worked in industry, his actions was all about honesty and integrity as a regulator. He was one in a million! Dan
