Michael L. Caruso, age 42, died suddenly June 20th at his home in Debord, Kentucky.
He leaves behind his beloved mother Beverly Reed-Momot and stepfather Stanley, his father Louis Caruso, his beloved fiancé Cindy Bowen along with her four children Brandon, Mitchell, Kyle, and Cody, and his ex-wife of 16 years, Victoria Caruso.
Michael was a gentle, caring man and will forever live in our hearts.
