Savoy Gellar Roth (Sally Elizabeth Denison Ethington) passed away on April 4, 2023 at the age of 69.
Savoy was born in Fort Bragg, NC on May 31, 1953 to the late Jack and Marjorie Denison, and attended Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. She loved to crochet, read, listen to music, and watch Grit TV.
She was a loving and caring wife to her husband Delbert Ethington for more than 31 years, and they were still madly in love at the time of her passing.
A wonderful mother, step-mother, and nana, she is also survived by her daughters Sarah Denison, Mary Ethington, and Kensington Ethington; sons Jason Ethington and Delbert Ethington; 30 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sisters Jane Denison Yates, Nancy Denison, and Amanda Denison Ness.
