Obituary of Elizabeth Myerscough

Elizabeth A. Myerscough, 63, passed away Friday evening in Lexington.
Born in Battle Creek, Michigan on Septermber 26, 1950, Beth was the daughter of the late O.E. and Cleonelle Myerscough. A graduate of Centre College and the University of Kentucky School of Law, Beth worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as an Assistant Attorney General for the Uninsured Employers' Fund.
She is survived by a daughter, Susan Katherine Lewis; a son, Sam Powell Lewis; a sister, Susan Rumsey; three nephews, Robert, Reagan, and Ryan Rumsey, and a great-nephew, Denver Rumsey. Beth's family would like to thank everyone at Hospice of the Bluegrass for their care and support.
A celebration of Beth's life will be held at Rogers Funeral Home from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Saturday. As Beth was an avid reader, friends are invited to bring a book and participate in a book exchange at the celebration.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Beth's memory are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
