Dear Mary Anna and family...
I am so sorry to learn of your wonderful mother's passing. She was a great lady. One of my most wonderful childhood memories is of her making her famous banana bread!
Your family is in our prayers.

She was such a sweet person. I used to let her into her lockbox years ago at SNB. Always smiling. There goes my only hope of learning to play the piano. So sorry for your loss.

Aunt Tommie, peering over glasses, always had a smile. Summers spent in KY with the cousins, are the best memories from my childhood. Much love to all.

Although I only met Tommie one time, I know she was one in a million. To have been mom, grandma and great-grandma to so many amazing kids speaks for itself in the inspiration and family love she modeled. God has truly been blessed to have created her and then brought her Home. Love to all the family!

I was one of the MANY students from Bald Knob that had Mrs. Bennett as a teacher. As did my older brother. Now, my younger sister did not have her as teacher but she knew Mrs. Bennett. All the student knew Mrs. Bennett. I highly respected Mrs. Bennett. She made all us kids "walk the line". I will miss her. The world will miss her. But take comfort in how many lives she touched while at Bald Knob School. She will always have a special place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers will be with the Bennett family.

To give back more than you take is a true heart. Mrs. Bennett seemed to practice this in all aspects of her life. To her family, find peace in your memories. She touched so many lives. Her children and grandchildren are a true testament to her beauty.
