Obituary of Chad Robinson

Services for Chad Douglas Robinson, 23, will be held at the New Life Worship Center at 1:00 p.m. Friday, with visitation preceding at 11:00. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens. Born in Frankfort on March 1, 1992, Chad was the son of Douglas Wayne Robinson and Kimberly Ann Douglas Rojas. He attended Western Hills High School and enjoyed playing football, fixing old cars, cheering for the Wildcats and spending time with his family, especially his daughter Emma. Along with his parents, Chad is also survived by his daughter, Emma Gail Robinson; fiance, LeeAnn Covington; sisters, Katie and Staci Robinson; niece Sophia and nephews Benny, Bryan, Alex, Isiah, Calvin and Dominic; and grandmothers Sharon Douglas, Sheila Rose Douglas, and Beatrice Robinson Mullins. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Felix Robinson and Calvin Douglas, and his great-grandmother, Blonda Wood. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Rogers Funeral Home be made to assist with expenses.
