Regina, I didn't know Toby had passed on. I am so sorry, I haven"t read the church bulletin until today and saw there is an 8:00 am mass Thursday Dec. 21st for him. I am so sorry for your sorrow and broken heart! I saw you at 9:30 mass today and wondered if Toby was too ill to come, never imagined until I got home and read the bulletin. What a good man he was and is! Keep strong in your faith, you know we will all be together again with our loved ones one day, where there are no tears or pain. God bless you and keep you strong! If I had realized he had passed, I would have come to the visitation. He will be truly missed by all of us who ever met him, a good kind man!

As a fitting tribute to John, The Central Kentucky Concert Band (Lexington, KY) honored John at the Band's rehersal on Saturday 2 December 2017 by playing the Old Scottish Melody "Auld Lang Syne". This is the traditional musician's farewell and was dedicated to John. RIP dear friend.

Goodbye good friend, I relish our time that we shared while working with the Department of Employment Services. Your ability to tell stories and to amuse us with tales that were "Based on the Truth" enlightened our days even during troubled times! You now have a new group of folks with who you will be able to enlighten.Thanks for the memories.
I regret that I will not be able to attend the services due to prior commitments. I will light a candle for you to guide on your journey.

Dear Regina and Family:
I am so very sorry to read of Toby's passing in the paper just today. My heart goes out to all of you. Believe
me I know how you feel and it is tough. Toby fought the long hard battle of sickness and aging with grace and
dignity as did Sam. That is all we can ask of any of our loved ones. No one could have taken better care of
him than you did over the years.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you now and in the days ahead. Your faith is strong
and many friends and family that love you. Just take one day at a time and pray for God's strength and
comfort. That is what I do.

Aunt Regina
I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Toby’s passing. I have so many fond memories of him and the summers spent in Kentucky.
He was a fine man and I am blessed to have been able to call him Uncle.
