I am so sorry for your loss. The Bible describes death as an enemy. How true that is, for death robs us of the ones we love. Despite the pain brought about by the the loss of a loved one there is hope. “And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” (Acts 24:15) Jehovah God promises to bring those who have died back to life. They will have the prospect of living forever in paradise on earth. We can have confidence in this promise because God “cannot lie.” (Titus 1:2) May this hope bring your hearts some comfort at the difficult time.

Don Waldner was a good role model for young people in Knights of Columbus and Good Shepherd Church. He lived a good Catholic gentlemen lifestyle. He was always very friendly and accepting of everybody. He will be missed.

I know Don's death will leave a huge void in his family as well as our Catholic Church of the Good Shepherd. His physical presence showed strength but he was also strong in his faith of Our Lord Jesus Christ. May Carolyn and the family have peace and joy in knowing that Don is with our Lord, which is what Don has lived his life here on earth to accomplish for eternity.
May you have Peace and Love

Please except my condolence in the loss of your love one. May you find comfort in knowing that your dear one is safe in the memory of God, who will remember every detail about him and bring him back again. John 5:28, 29 gives this assurance.
