Anna McKinney Ethington, 76, widow of James Daniel Ethington, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018. 

Born in Frankfort on March 4, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Wallace Marion and Inetta Hazlett McKinney. She was a graduate of Franklin County High School and attended the Church of God.

Anna is survived by a daughter, Martha Day  (Jerry) ; a son, David Ethington (Christy); a sister, Patricia Aldridge (John); four brothers, Jerry (Joyce), Larry (Sal), Timmy (Angie), and Philip (Brenda) McKinney; four grandchildren, James Barnes (Ashley), Matthew Ethington (Alexis), Shawn Barnes (Amber), and Eric Boyd; and four great-grandchildren, William, Casey, Adalynn, and Reece.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Marion "Buddy" and Charles "Pete" McKinney.

Services will be held at Rogers Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Monday with Rev. Keith Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday. 

Pallbearers will be James Barnes, Matthew Ethington, Shawn Barnes, Eric Boyd, Jonathan Grimes, and Phillip McKinney.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Rogers Funeral Home.
