Vickie A. Watts, 59, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020.
Born in Frankfort on February 12, 1961, she was the daughter of the late June White and Hazel Marshall Watts and is survived by five siblings, Ann Thurman, Carrie Watts, Celiese Watts, Barbara Mucker, and John Marshall.
A graveside service will be held in the Greenhill Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
