My heart is broken to hear of the passing of my dear, sweet friend and co-worker. Johnny and I worked together for many, many years in the Division of Equipment. Even when I moved on to another position in DOT, we always remained in touch. It gives me comfort knowing that he was a devout man of faith and I will see him again one day.
