As the coordinator for the Toyota volunteer program it was my pleasure to work with Abe on his numerous volunteer activities. Abe truly had a heart of gold and was always ready to assist others. I was just thinking about Abe this past week and wondering how he was. Then to stumble across his obituary today was a shock needless to say! I am truly sorry for your loss! Actually your loss is also Central Kentucky's loss! Abe gave of himself with everyone he met. RIP buddy. You are missed!

I count Abe as one of my best friends and a longstanding one at that since we first met in English Composition class in 1966. He has been a dear and valued friend through the years. He was always upbeat and could find the positives in life. My heart goes out to the family. I know the last few years have been tough but summon up those good memories from the past. I have made a donation to Georgetown College athletics in his name. Sandi Dew

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Abe at Toyota starting in 1988. We both worked in the same Assembly production group. Abe helped me when I was starting to learn a process with the headliner. I was having problems and was ready to quit and Abe volunteered to help me with my process. He didn't have to but he did, that was the kind of man I remember. I haven't seen Abe for several years but I will never forgot what a kind and friendly person he was, not just to me but to everyone. You are missed and gone to soon. God bless you and your family. Carl Morris
