So sorry to hear of Eddie's recent passing and for everything you guys have been through. Just seems like too much for one family to bear. By all accounts Eddie lived a great life and hopefully you can find comfort in that. I never played for him when we were young but I've heard stories my whole life about Eddie and the Patriots from our friends who did as well as my father in law, Don Rhody, a fellow Panther. I always felt I knew him better than I actually did. Stephen - I miss you buddy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

What can one say about "Coach Tutt" from the Frankfort Youth Football League in the '70s (Go Patriots). Never forget the team and "Killer Hill" even though I was never any good. Coach Tutt taught me a lot on that pop warner field about hard work, strong work ethic. I will always remember him as a man of not too many words, but when he spoke, his words were straight to the point, and expressed a clear message. My father, Francis Hockensmith, and Coach Tutt worked at the USPS for many years together. You and Ms. Sue have been thought of often over the years without you knowing and will always be remembered.
In Christ,
Chad (Marsha) Hockensmith

When you grow you always have your dad, but you also have your other dad's. Those are the dad's of your friends that you spend a lot of time with. They are the dad's that took you and your friends places, coached you in sports, or maybe taught you something. As you grow older you don't see them as much but when you do they still have that vested interest in you, your family and how you are doing. Eddie was one of those dad's for me and I will miss him.
