My Dad, Don Burge worked at the PO with Mr. Griffith. I remember Mr. Griffith coming to our house (early to mid 70s) in Cloverdale to teach Mom and Dad how to make/bake bread. He must have been a very giving man. I'm very sorry for your loss. Walter Burge

Our Memory of Andy We can still see Andy in the kitchen cooking and wearing his Chef’s pants (the wilder the better….) and a Hawaiian shirt that didn’t necessarily match. But regardless of the dress, he could prepare most any kind of food and you always knew it would be absolutely delicious!! He had a green thumb and loved his garden.… What a smart and funny guy he was…. He will be greatly missed by all of those who knew him.. Paula and Kenny

Oh Joan and children, I am so sorry to read that Andy has passed. Heartfelt condolences to you all. He was very decent fellow. I can remember the beautiful yard at their home on Mills Lane full of flowering day lilies and other flowers. Was always so gorgeous and had to be lovingly tended. And Andy was a good sport about his name and no doubt much teasing about it over the years. My sympathies to all.
